Shipping Policy for U.S. Destinations
Teedoges currently ships orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All available shipping options and charges will be shown clearly during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Policy Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Personalized products may require extra preparation because they are created specifically for each customer.

Estimated total delivery time is usually 5–12 business days, including processing and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, high seasonal volume, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Policy Free Shipping Offer
Teedoges offers FREE Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $80 USD. Orders that do not meet the minimum order amount will be charged the standard shipping rate of $7.00 USD.
The free shipping offer may be calculated after discounts and before taxes. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
Shipping Policy for Personalized Products
Many Teedoges items are personalized and made after the order is placed. This may include custom dog apparel, personalized doormats, pet-themed tumblers, mugs, blankets, ornaments, wall art, and gifts for dog lovers.
Since personalized items are produced especially for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Please review all names, photos, custom text, sizes, colors, and shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Orders may be shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, or other reliable delivery partners. Carrier selection depends on the destination, product type, package size, and fulfillment location.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, it usually means the carrier has received the shipping information but has not yet scanned the package into transit.

Split Shipments
