Can I change the custom name or number after placing an order?
You may request modifications to your customization details within 12 hours of placing your order. Because our print-on-demand products enter the production line shortly after this window, we cannot alter design details once physical manufacturing has officially begun.
What should I do if I select the wrong size?
Because all items are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for products ordered in an incorrect size selected by the customer. Please consult our sizing charts carefully on the product pages before checking out.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), checks, or direct bank wire transfers.

All prices on our storefront are denominated and processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you purchase using an international card, your bank will automatically convert the final charge to your local currency based on their internal exchange rates.

How much does Standard US Shipping cost and how long does it take?
Standard US Shipping costs $7.00. The order handling and processing time takes 2–4 business days, and the transit window takes 3–8 business days. This results in a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 12 business days from your initial order date.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free US Shipping on all orders over $80. Orders qualifying for free shipping follow our standard timeline: 2–4 business days for processing and 3–8 business days for transit, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 12 business days.
My tracking number says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If tracking indicates delivery but your package is nowhere to be found, we highly recommend checking with other members of your household, asking neighbors, or contacting your local shipping carrier directly. If the package remains lost after checking, please email our support team for further investigation.
